Sponsored by the Town of Fairfax, this event is open to all Northern California artists and crafts people. A high level of quality and individuality will be of great importance, with exhibitors selected by a screening committee. A committee of local artists will jury the show.

MEDIA: Painting, graphics, sculpture, photography, handcrafted ceramics, textiles, jewelry, and stained and hand-blown glass, leather, wood and more! Please, no mass produced work; no dealers, no imports.

SPACE: Due to the fact the Festival is held in a park with many trees, spaces are 10’ x 10’ for the most part, but Exhibitors may need to use flexibility in booth design when assigned a space under the trees. If your display includes a full 10’ x 10’ canopy, please let us know. It will help greatly in placement of your booth.

INSURANCE: Is the responsibility of each exhibitor. Security will be provided at night, but the Town of Fairfax is not responsible for any damage or loss.

SECURITY: The Festival provides onsite security nightly.

FEE: An entry fee of $200.00 will be charged; no percentage or commission will be taken. Cancellation notice must be given one month before the show starts (May 13th 2010) to receive a full refund, unless hardship is noted. Booth fees will be deposited the weekend of the Festival. The entry is non-refundable in case of a no-show on Festival weekend.

SET-UP: If you do not have your booth on scene by 11:00 of the morning of June 13th- you will be considered a no-show and your space will be given to someone on the waiting list.

Screening: Based on photos or email submission of your work. Please send at least four (4) images representative of your work by April 30th 2010. You will be notified by mail or email of the committee’s decision by May 10st 2010. Please include a self addressed, stamped envelope for photo return. Returning artists may skip this step unless their work has changed significantly.

Juried Prizes: There will be first, second and third place awards ($250.00 - $75.00). Judging will be done by a panel of at least three jurors with mixed artistic backgrounds. Judging is held directly after the parade; you will be contacted and winners announced on the main stage around 1:00.
