43rd Annual Fairfax Festival Poster Contest

Entries and the COVID-19 Impact

First, we appreciate how stressful this is for each of you. At this point we are moving forward with our planning for the Fairfax Festival. As the time draws closer we will make a final evaluation based on the information and guidelines in place at that time.

  • Town Offices are closed. Please submit your digital file to hello@georgia-gibbs.com by April 2, 11:59 PM for presentation to the committee.
  • Complete the entry form on this page. Art work submitted which can not be matched to an entry will not be accepted.
  • If you are doing hand work, please take a quality photo with your phone and submit the largest file size that you can. We will create a digital file at a later date if your work is selected.

Entry Deadline Update:
April 2nd, 11:59 PM

Artists, high school age and older are invited to submit their original artwork, digital or handmade to the Fairfax Festival Poster Contest.

The First Place winning entry receives a $350 Cash Prize and the option to have a booth at this years festival, June 13-15.

The winning entry will be the poster art for this years festival; seen and enjoyed by thousands.

To complete your application submit the entry form on this page. You will receive a copy of your entry in the email you provide. Print out a copy to attach to each final artwork submitted for the contest and bring your entries to Fairfax Town Hall as specified in the Prospectus.
